Let's go out by a convertible !

In travel as in almost everything in life , expe
rience counts; we learn by doing . One of the
of the most valuable lessons I have learned
is to keep an open mind for opportunities por
tunities to do things on the spur of the mome
nt . No possible set of plans could cover eve
ry situation and an attitude of good-humored
flexibility will help keep you from being your
own worst enemy by failing to recognize that
there are " other roads to Rome ." You must
expect the unexpected; plans may be spoiled

by difficulties or bad weather ; trains may be
delayed or schedules improperly understood.
Bad information often seems like the only ki
nd that is available, but simply do not be dis
couraged. That's a refreshing breeze coming
in the windows . You can see Maybe I'll just

wander off on my own.Let's keep the sun pe
eking through the clouds. The flowers are bl
ooming and the birds are chirping. Since yes
terday , the weather has turned completely
around . It's a beautiful day . Maybe I'll just
wander off on my own. Let's keep going and

see the country. It was the first good weath
er we'd had in a while, so I took a trip. It's go
od to take off without a specific destination
in mind . Out here, you forget the noise pollu
tion of the city.
